VerbLIVE Launched with Salesforce
in December. Microsoft Outlook is Complete and verb.TV's MarketPlace to be announced in a LIVE broadcast soon!

Now SEVEN Major Catalysts are aligning to form the Perfect Storm of Hyper-Growth!
Verb's progress in building a host of innovative marketing applications, partnerships, a Top Notch Management Team and Board Members are all compelling catalysts, but that's only part of the story.  For over a year Verb has been focused on creating a "business building" app for Direct Sales  and every other industry by developing complimentary products and features to offer a complete suite of business solutions for marketing and sales. But up until now the company has operated on a tight budget, customers were limited to mobile use only, growth has been slowed by the on-boarding process of new clients and wasn't available through major cloud providers like Salesforce. That's all on the verge of changing!

CAT - 1: Streamlined Platform
Decrease Client Back-Log & Expedite Revenue Growth
"Once a new contract is executed, it takes approximately 70 to 90 days “and sometimes more” to launch a new client's application and begin recognizing the recurring revenue". This is creating a large backlog for Verb's growing list of white labeled apps and features, but that's about to change ahead of the imminent global launch and media campaign.
Update:    The New Platform Is Complete! Try verbTEAMS  FREE for 30 Days!
Upload your training, sales, and product content to verbTEAMS and add your users. With this architecture we can scale much more rapidly, laying the foundation for hyper-growth.

CAT - 2: Cloud Partner Integrations, Products Launch & Media Campaign
VERB Has Secured $13.8 million dollars, to Launch a Full Suite of Interactive Marketing & Sales Tools with Cloud Partners
Verb developed the world's first interactive video-based CRM and spent the last two years combining it with the leading direct sales marketing application and creating a full suite of interactive tools for a sales enablement platform for all markets. (Sales enablement is the process of providing the sales organization with the information, content, and tools that help sales people sell more effectively. The foundation of sales enablement is to provide sales people with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process.)
Picture
The imminent launch of Verb's core package includes the integrations of verbCRM, verbLEARN and verbLIVE into cloud partners like Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle/NetSuite, and Adobe/Marketo.
This puts Verb "front & center"
in some of the largest and fastest growing markets for Video Marketing and Live Streaming .

Update
VERB Adds Livestream eCommerce App to Salesforce AppExchange Marketplace
VERB has completed the Salesforce integration as well as the compliance and security review processes to list verbLIVE on the Salesforce AppExchange, the leading enterprise cloud marketplace, which allows independent software vendors to make their products available to Salesforce customers. verbLIVE will become available to Salesforce users through the AppExchange on Monday, August 17, 2020. An internal campaign within Salesforce is scheduled to start in a few days on Oct 1st.
New Platform = Full Analytics on All Devices

Up until now sales of verbCRM has been largely limited to enterprise clients and mobile users on Verb's platform, but as the new platform is integrated into partners like Salesforce, "it will give all marketers access to full analytics on all devices," multiplying user access on a global scale and mark Verb's expansion into LiveStreaming!
Why are the Salesforce Integrations Important?
Oracle/NetSuite boasts a sales staff of over 2,000 people servicing millions of users, but they're only a fraction of the size of Salesforce. Launching with Salesforce first allows Verb to leverage the planet's largest cloud sales force to sell Verb's products to Salesforce's users. This is game changing and will catapult Verb's growth and continue each time a cloud partner integration is completed.
Salesforce is the largest followed by Microsoft in the top 10 Cloud CRM software vendors accounting for nearly 71.5% of the global  Cloud CRM market.
Picture
81% of CRM users are now operating
their business from multiple devices, most of which are still using computers.
Once Verb has integrated into cloud partners like Salesforce marketers can work from all devices with full analytics,  multiplying user access on a global scale and marking the expansion into the Live Streaming markets.

Verb is Planning a Broad-based Market Awareness Campaign
"However, we currently intend to use the net proceeds to us from this offering primarily for broad-based market awareness of our existing  and
forthcoming products, including verbLIVE, and for general corporate purposes, including working capital, research and development, and capital expenditures".

CAT - 4:  eCommerce Livestream Shopping
Verb Technology Company, Inc.
The E-Commerce Industry is Massive at Five Trillion Dollars and Livestream Shopping is on Fire!

Sales From Live Stream Shopping Grew From $1 Billion in 2016 to $63 Billion in 2019, BEFORE Covid-19,
and THIS REPORT says it's likely to DOUBLE to over $120 Billion THIS YEAR!
Now that Covid-19 has created a global pandemic, many entrepreneurs, small businesses and large enterprises are forced to shift to e-commerce solutions to satisfy safe distancing requirements for both consumers and businesses. Suddenly, Live Stream Shopping is creating hypergrowth in the sector and the long term outlook is very good!
Livestream Shopping is a recent phenomenon that has quickly become a major component of livestreaming as a business tool and sets up a particularly interesting opportunity for Verb.
Picture
Now an article in CNN says Live Stream Shopping could reach $170 Billion this year!
Live-stream shopping in China could be worth $170 billion this year. But it's a tough market to crack
Updated on Sept. 7, 2020, this article confirms how live stream shopping is exploding in China, and you can bet the rest of the world will be racing to take part in this new phenomenon. VerbLIVE is at the right place at the right time as more and more people start to adopt livestream shopping as an eCommerce solution. As the rest of the world starts to adopt live ecommerce, and as competition increases, these new hosts will naturally seek out the best suited platform for live sales.
Now it's becoming very clear why Verb's CEO "Rory Cutaia" recently spoke of his concerns with overwhelming servers as verbLIVE is launched with Salesforce (CRM),  the top dog in SaaS cloud providers.
  -  Here's Rory's answer to the last question from
Jonathan Hickman on the last conference call.  The quote is from the first and last parts of his response:   Rory: " As to the Salesforce integration, we’ll begin generating revenue from that, and it’ll be within the universe of potential server use that we feel very, very confident that we can manage right now on the existing infrastructure, that frankly, we planned for when we did our initial modeling around this. However, over the past couple of months, as we continued to assess the market and we see what the response is and update our modeling, it became clear to us that this could be way bigger than what we had originally intended. If we put it out and we get the kind of response that our models are predicting, the thing could just blow up and overload our servers, and people will not have a great experience. I can’t let that happen. That’s why we’re being cautious and doing it the right way."
Can the US Replicate China’s $63B Livestream Shopping Industry?
"Influencers consistently sell out products, crash websites with large volumes of traffic and outperform paid social. The livestream component - coupled with its flash sale mentality - only adds to the power of influencer marketing. It couples a hot tip from your "friend" with a limited time window - there is no stronger case for an online purchase." more
As an e-commerce solution, the combination of verbLIVE's unique interactive links, analytics, back office
integrations and partnership with Shopify, will make VerbLIVE the most powerful platform available today.

CAT - 9:   Market Competition & Platform Security
If you’re a company, e-commerce professional, content creator or other organization that relies heavily on TikTok for your marketing purposes, there’s a clear lesson to be learned: you need to diversify your social media strategy—and fast. In fact, that lesson is applicable if you’re solely focused on any single platform. After all, in today’s fast-paced digital culture, you never know when things will change overnight. More
Disruptive Technology
VerbCRM is the Next Evolution in Business Building & Marketing,  with Interactive Sales Tools and features that Increase Conversion Rates, address more Markets and Simple to use.
Neutral Platform
Big Tech has serious issues that are forcing individuals and businesses alike to seek alternative platforms
that appeal to everyone, doesn't censure content, isn't politically biased, doesn't abuse your personal data,
provides security and most of all, allows you to grow and control your audience on your terms.
It's painfully obvious that most growing businesses want to remain politically neutral in order to appeal to the largest audience possible. It's hard enough to target your particular demographic, but politically or not, if your platform is running users away, it could reduce your potential audience dramatically.

While many platforms offer a compelling platform for small businesses and entreprenuers, many  conservatives are looking for alternative platforms due to political bias.

TRUST
People put YEARS into building a business that depends on the internet, do you TRUST your primary platform?
There are many considerations when choosing "trusting" a platform for your business. The truth is, you're better served by using a marketing strategy that utilizes several platforms to share your message and drive traffic to a safe & secure site. Verb gives you the flexibility to do just that.

Privacy
Chad Thomas, Verb's Chief Technology Officer says "we don't sell or share your data with anyone, and Verb LIVE has Zero Visibility"
ONLINE PRIVACY: IT DOESN’T EXIST: Privacy and what we can do about it
Bots, Trolls, Algorithms, Shadow-banning, Data Security.
If your business depends on one social platform as it's primary source to attract customers and generate revenue, does it run the risk of suspension or deletion? Believe it or not, it's happening all the time. Even a simple retweet could put your business in jeopardy. The political world is upside down with fact checkers and things seem to be getting worse every day.
Facebook has a problem with the way they use your personal data, another concern that isn't restricted to just conservatives. Consumer trust should be their highest priority, but sharing user data is another issue of concern.
Security
Cyber Security  is a big problem too, but Verb has your back!
Security issues are problematic for big tech and many platforms are facing government regulation to curb potential abuse including Amazon, Apple, Twitch, Google, Youtube, Twitter and Facebook, and Facebook could be the biggest loser of all. While they offer a compelling platform for small businesses and entreprenuers, they also have a huge user base for Direct Sales and live streaming too. Verb has targeted the direct sales industry to help build their businesses utilizing multiple channels that doesn't rely on just one platform to engage customers while offering better security and back offices, even for live streaming.
Have you heard about Zoom? they have their share of issues too.

More Opportunity
While I believe that VerbCRM is the Holy Grail Of Marketing and Sales, that belief was based in part on the ability to click on a convenient link precisely when it was needed, right in the video. BUT, when that simple idea is combined with a CRM, back offices, a shopping cart and a LIVE audience, VerbLIVE becomes an extremely powerful Marketing & Sales tool that gives anyone an unequalled opportunity to rival other broadcast shopping channels.
With Verb Live, you are your own Secure Broadcast Network
If you find that your platform uses algorithms, abuses your data, practices shadowbanning, or if you just want to connect with people that are tired of all the political noise, you may want to find an alternative platform for your business.
If you've already built a huge following on Facebook it may not be a simple task, but you can certainly reduce potential problems by extending your reach to other channels with Verb.
If you are starting out fresh, it's better to do some homework before jumping in bed with big tech.

Less Risk & More Flexibiliy
Engage and grow your audience from multiple social platforms while reducing the risk of depending on any single platform.
Alternative Social Media Platforms

Here's some of the Best Social Network Alternatives To Facebook
Parler  has an alternative to Twitter, but the platform hasn't been up as long and isn't as advanced as Twitter, but it allows users to be in total control of their audience and has simple rules for everyone with no bias regardless of party.   Video creaters should also take a look at Rumble, a great alternative to Youtube.
Devin Nunes is a big advocate for free speech and uses both Parler and Rumble.
I firmly believe big tech will suffer greatly if they continue to censure content. Users are already leaving abusive platforms and if President Trump were to leave Twitter, most of his 88 + million followers, will follow...

VerbEDU
Even though Verb has already launched the LEARN application for direct Sales, I'm not including eLearning just yet.
Today, it is projected that by 2025 it will reach… (wait for it)… $325 billion!
I'm hoping for another update soon to find out exactly where Verb is with the joint learning app with Salesforce. I do know that Verb had around a hundred school districts testing the app and one deal has been done even though there hasn't been an official launch for the latest version.

The E-Learning Market is poised to grow at a CAGR of around 7.2% over the next eight years. People are foregoing traditional methods of learning due to the benefits of e-learning, which includes convenience and cost savings. Organizations are realizing the same and opting for e-learning initiatives instead of live training events. To give you an idea of the growth that has been occurring, back in 2010 the market size was roughly $32 billion. Not too bad in its own right. However, by 2015 that soared to roughly $107 billion.
