A study should be done to identify the most successful and the least successful government entities and their policies, and policies "if any" that must not be used.
Create or task a department to build a list of all elected positions, job title, goals and policies used in the performance of duties.
Create an oversight and enforcement department to review and rate each entity and enforce.
Create a list of business plans for State & Local Governments & Municipalities covering all Elected positions like Mayor, Police Chief & Governors
All plans for these positions should include specific policies that define it and differentiate from others in a way that when a set of policies are implemented, the results are measurable against the job descriptions goal as well as other plans
Each position to include it's primary objectives and criteria to measure success.
Each position to include secondary goals
The goal is to end up with at least 2 plans that carry out the job for each position that reflect liberal and conservative positions and can be rated on effectiveness.

The end goal is to have a public list of job descriptions that must be adhered to by using plans that are approved "and work" to achieve the goals of the job. Policies that do not work should also be identified and forbidden to be used. All of these positions should be strictly held to stated policies and goals achieved, otherwise elected officials are to be removed with a default position to carry out remainder of term.

What's Wrong With The U.S. Government?

Are our state and federal governments so big that they no longer work?  Have departments with permanent employees become too politicized?  Why are our elected officials allowed to flip their positions after they win an election?  Why are our news programs politically biased?  Is social media squashing free speech?  Why are politicians allowed to slander opponents with out right lies?  Who is teaching our children moral values?  Why is the very faith that helped make our country great, treated like a disease that must stay out of our institutions?  Can we no longer recognize the difference between boys and girls?  Do you feel hopeless in having a say?
We have many problems in our government's institutions but
they are way too complicated for any one person to tackle, unless....
Please help me to help us. There are several issues I am very concerned about and I lay out a brief argument in support of them below.  I have also identified a group for each one that I feel would have the most powerful impact on legislation to effect the types of changes offered here.  While I am asking for donations to help fund these causes, you will find a link in each of the videos below where donations can be made directly to the group of your choice.  You will also find a link for more information before donations are made.  If we all pull together, I'm convinced we can make a difference!

Fix The Root Cause, PLEASE!

Many times a problem can be fixed fairly easy, but if the root cause isn't addressed it will continue to  pop up  it's ugly head. A great example of this is when you fix a stain in your ceiling and a few months later you notice the stain is back. When you investigate further you find that the ceiling isn't the problem at all, but it's due to the roof having a small leak during heavy rains. The root cause must be fixed before the ceiling falls out!

Problem #1: Politicization of Institutions

We have a serious problem that has infected many of our local, state and federal agencies in the US, it's called political bias. Far too many government employees feel compelled to conform to a particular political party for various reasons. We must find these reasons and eliminate them starting with our education system. In the battle of ideas, the focus of a political campaign should be on principals and fairness that apply to everyone, and not focus on pandering  to government employees to garner votes. Other institutions such as the EPA, IRS, DOJ, FBI, CIA and even the courts must be free from promises made by either party and abide to the constitution. Finding ways to draft laws to fix these problems are a step forward but they won't eliminate the root cause.

Problem #2: Poor Leadership

What does it mean when a politician says that we must work across the aisle? While I accept there will be compromise, compromise erodes and can erode and erode until the original principle is no longer recognizable. Our leaders must be morally strong, on both sides of the aisle. They must have integrity, character and care about their roles in government. We must eliminate crony capitalism, special interest group campaign donations and any ties to outside influences other than the voter's will. We must also accept that career politicians cannot be expected or begin to understand how to run an entity as large as the U.S. government with no practical experience, much less in dealing with foreign powers like Russia and China. The notion of anyone without character and a moral compass steering our government and laws in the right direction is ludicrous.

Problem #3: Politicization of so called News Reporting

Root Cause: Public Education

Our county's founding was based on the beliefs of some very brave and noble people. Our founders were accomplished, educated and had studied the history of governments, the rise and fall of kingdoms and discovered that the Jews were the first to form a society that actually worked, and of course it revolved around the Jewish faith, and education. The founding fathers understood the Jewish faith's role in their success and applied principals of the Christian faith in our founding, as most of them were Christian.
Internal morals such as a reluctance to give in to instinctual desires must be taught. These values are important but society is moving away from the church where these values are traditionally taught. We are not being educated as to why moral values are important, the role Christian faith played in forming our government, in it's founding or how it all affected the drafting of our constitution.
I submit that if it were not for the Christian faith, our country would not have succeeded, and German would be the worlds predominate language. We cannot lose our faith and we cannot lose our country, they are joined at the hip and cannot be separated. It is time for our government to accept the fact that many people really don't understand it's importance and to start teaching moral values and the role of the Christian faith in all aspects of the formation of our country and it's laws.

Submit to God or Submit to Government?

If you believe in God, you believe that he has given you and me certain rights that NO ONE can take away. If you believe in a government, any government,  there are no rights that can't be taken away from us, and this is just one of the dangers in taking God out of the equation. You don't have to BELIEVE, to understand this simple idea.
In the eyes of God, EVERYONE is created equal, while our government tries to tip the scales based on skin color, wealth or some other notion of entitlement.
God loves everyone, does the government love anyone? Governments are corrupted by crony capitalism, greed for power and loves no one.
There are many more reasons to submit to God rather than government, but whether you believe in God or not, it's hard to deny that the Christian belief system will not change and will never be subject to political whims. All of us may not believe in God, but ALL OF US MUST SUBMIT TO OUR GOVERNMENT. Who do you want making the rules???
